Return Policy

  • Before accepting shipment of any product, Customers are requested to kindly ensure that the product is not damaged and in case he/she notices the product is damaged, advised to kindly refuse to accept delivery and inform us at the earliest.
  • Upon receiving Customer’s complaint, we shall verify the authenticity including request to submit documentary proofs such as photographs etc. taken at his/her end, and the nature of the complaint and subject to genuineness of the complaint, we shall inform the relevant team of such complaint and request for a repair/replacement.
  • Customers are requested to note that the Company/its authorized dealer will not be responsible or liable for any physical damage occurred in the hands of the customer
  • Replacement of entire bike or part(s) of the bike can be done only when the component(s) or parts(s) are not repairable and only if the Company is convinced that it is not repairable. it is subject to Company’s discretion.
  • The process for the replacement will start immediately as and when the Company receives the bike back and the company recognizes that the Customer is valuable and the replacement, if any, will be made at earliest possible time.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy applies to products purchased online only.

  • Pre-booking is allowed to subject to a minimum payment of Rs 3000.00 as advance for the purchase of Atum 1.0
  • Customer is allowed to cancel the order at pre-booking stage only. Once full payment is made, customer is not allowed to cancel the booking under any circumstances.
  • Upon cancellation by customer at pre-booking stage, Pre-booking amount is completely refundable, after adjusting the transaction charges.
  • The Company /its dealer shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising, directly or indirectly, out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction either by payment gateway or bank(s), for whatever reason.
  • Except as stated above, refunds will not be made under any other circumstances. Notwithstanding anything in this policy to the contrary, The Company reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether the criteria for a refund set forth in this policy have been satisfied and to require any additional information relevant to such request.
  • All refund requests must be in writing and include Customer’s name, address, e-mail address, order ID number, vehicle description, the last 4 digits of the credit card if used to purchase the product, and the reasons for refund.
  • The Company is not responsible for refund requests that are not received in reasonable time in accordance with this policy. Upon acceptance of refund request, an e-mail will be sent and the same will be processed after due verification and process.
